Our Work

Train the Trainers
The Oral Health training covered key aspects of oral hygiene, nutrition, general hygiene, and water safety, with a focus on practical approaches for maintaining good health. Using a mouth model, the speaker explained the components of the mouth and emphasized the importance of addressing dental problems.
Following the training, the team registered and interacted with beneficiaries, collecting health-related information. Women had the option to choose additional topics of interest, with Menstrual Health and Women Self-Help Groups being the most preferred. CHWs also conducted home visits to strengthen connections with beneficiaries.
.

Healthy Homes Project
The Healthy Homes Initiative aims to enhance health and hygiene among women and their families by improving literacy, knowledge, and practices through structured training, self-help gatherings, and home visits. The project empowers women with evidence-based health education, financial literacy, and income-generating activities while forming government-registered Self-Help Groups (SHGs) to ensure sustainability. Key activities include expert-led health workshops, peer learning through group discussions, and personalized household guidance via home visits, ultimately fostering better hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention.

Cancer Awareness & Screening
The Common Cancer Awareness and Screening Camp aims to educate communities about early cancer detection, risk factors, and preventive measures while providing accessible screening services. Through awareness sessions led by healthcare professionals, the project emphasizes the importance of early diagnosis in improving survival rates. Free or subsidized screening for common cancers such as breast, cervical, and oral cancer will be conducted, ensuring timely referrals for further medical care if needed. Community outreach, collaboration with local health organizations, and targeted campaigns will enhance participation and impact. This initiative fosters proactive health-seeking behavior, empowering individuals with knowledge and resources for cancer prevention and early intervention.

Annapurna
Project Annapurna focuses on promoting good nutrition as the foundation of overall health by addressing food accessibility, affordability, and awareness. The project educates communities on the importance of a balanced diet, anemia prevention, and sustainable kitchen gardening practices to enhance food security. Through interactive workshops and awareness campaigns, participants learn about nutrient-rich foods, affordable meal planning, and home-based food production. By encouraging self-sufficiency and informed food choices, Project Annapurna empowers individuals and families to improve their dietary habits, combat malnutrition, and lead healthier lives.

Education
The Education Empowerment Project aims to create a strong learning foundation for children and youth by enhancing early childhood education, providing essential learning resources, and offering career guidance. The project includes refurbishing Balwadis (preschools) to create a conducive learning environment, distributing educational materials like books, stationery, and digital tools to underprivileged students, and conducting career guidance sessions to help youth make informed decisions about their future. By improving infrastructure, access to quality education, and mentorship opportunities, this initiative ensures holistic development, empowering students to build brighter afutures.

Women Empowerment
The Women Empowerment Project aims to equip women with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to achieve financial independence, improved health, and active community participation. Through structured training programs, self- help groups (SHGs), and entrepreneurship support, the project fosters economic self-sufficiency while enhancing awareness of health, hygiene, and legal rights. Women will receive vocational training, financial literacy education, and access to income-generating opportunities, enabling them to contribute to their households and communities confidently. Additionally, awareness sessions on gender equality, domestic rights, and leadership development will help build a strong support system for women’s overall empowerment.
